If there are any files in a directory waiting to be processed, a small window will soon open top left with one or more slowly alternating icon(s) to indicate the directory.

Clicking on one of the icons can do a Pluto debatch, or a Transport send, as appropriate.
When there are no files to process, the window will close.
Without being obtrusive, this may be a useful reminder, particularly if you debatch or send manually, rather than automatically.
To some extent this duplicates and expands the two icons top left in the Pluto: Boxes List window, but PlutoMon has been found useful by some users. Depending on feedback, in the future it may be included in Pluto itself.
